Ευγενία Σταμούλη

Eugena provides consulting services in market access, health technology assessment (HTA), patient-centered outcomes, and preferences elicitation studies.

She earned her MSc in Health Economics & Management from the University of Sheffield, UK, in 2004, before embarking on a consultancy career. Her professional journey included roles at Oxford Outcomes (now ICON) and the York Health Economics Consortium (YHEC). Following her time in consultancy, Eugena transitioned to academia, serving as a Research Fellow in the Department of Health Sciences at the University of York, UK, where she worked for nearly a decade. She further extended her academic involvement by maintaining a visiting position for an additional five years.

Eugena has successfully developed HTA strategies for several innovative medical technologies introduced to the Greek healthcare system, demonstrating her in-depth knowledge and expertise in the Greek Market Access landscape.

In addition to her consulting and academic work, Eugena serves as an editor and reviewer for peer-reviewed journals, contributing her expertise to advancing research in health economics, patient outcomes, and related fields.

She has an extensive portfolio of research publications, including work on economic evaluations, patient-reported outcomes (PROs), Discrete Choice Experiments, and patient preferences studies.
