Overview
The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Society of Pharmaceutical Medicine (EL.E.F.I.) invites all financially up-to-date Regular Members to attend the Repeat Extraordinary General Assembly, which will be held on Thursday, 2 July 2026, at the New York College Campus, Athens.
The Extraordinary General Assembly has been convened to discuss and approve the proposed amendments to the Constitution of EL.E.F.I.
The proposed amendments aim to modernize the Constitution, strengthen transparency and good governance, align the Society with current scientific and regulatory developments, and further enhance EL.E.F.I.’s educational and professional mission.

18:05 – 18:10 Election of the Chair and Secretary of the Extraordinary General Assembly
Election of the Chair and Secretary for the conduct of the meeting and the recording of the minutes.
18:10 – 18:40 Presentation of the Proposed Constitutional Amendments
Overview of the proposed amendments, rationale, and key changes.
18:40 – 19:10 Discussion and Questions
Open discussion with members regarding the proposed amendments.
19:10 – 19:20 Resolution and Voting
Approval of the proposed amendments to the Constitution.
19:20 – 19:30 Closing Remarks
Important Notice
In accordance with the current Constitution of the Society, the Repeat Extraordinary General Assembly shall validly convene regardless of the number of financially up-to-date Regular Members present.
